WITHDRAWAL FROM A CONTRACT CONCLUDED AT A DISTANCE:

If the purchased product does not meet your expectations or for any other reason you would like to return the product, you can do so within 14 days of receiving the shipment without specifying the reason for the return, provided that the returned product has not been used.

After processing the return (no later than 14 days from receipt of the shipment), we will issue a refund using the same method used by the consumer. If you paid cash on delivery, please provide the account number for the refund.

COMPLAINTS :

If, after receiving your shipment, you discover that the product you received has a physical defect, please contact us. We are available at contact@loventi.de

In your message, briefly describe the problem. If possible, attach photos illustrating the defect. This will make our work much easier.
