Who are we?

Our website address is: https://loventi.de

Thank you for your interest in our online store. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. This privacy policy provides detailed information regarding the treatment of your data. The administrator of your data is: Cocorn Group Bartosz Kokociński, ul. Dubińska 4, 63-920 Pakosław, NIP 6991954783, contact@loventi.de.

Our goal is also to properly inform you about matters related to the processing of personal data, particularly in light of the new data protection regulations, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC ("GDPR"). Therefore, in this document we provide information about the legal basis for processing personal data, the methods of collecting and using it, and the rights of data subjects related to it.

What are personal data and what does their processing mean?

Personal data means information about an identified or identifiable natural person. Personal data processing generally encompasses any action taken on personal data, whether performed by automated means or not, such as collecting, storing, recording, organizing, modifying, accessing, using, sharing, restricting, deleting, or destroying it. Cocorn Group Bartosz Kokociński processes personal data for various purposes. Depending on the purpose, different collection methods, legal bases for processing, use, disclosure, and retention periods may apply.

  1. Access data and hosting

You can visit our websites without providing any personal data. Each time you access a website, the server automatically saves only so-called server log files, such as the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the request, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting internet service provider (access data), and documents the page call.

This data is analyzed solely to ensure the proper functioning of the website and to improve our offerings. This serves – as part of an interest assessment – to safeguard our legitimate interest in properly presenting our offerings. All access data is deleted within seven days of the end of your visit to the website.

Hosting services provided by a third-party service provider

As part of our data processing mandate, an external service provider performs website hosting and presentation services for us at our request. All data collected as part of your use of our website or in the forms provided for this purpose in the online store, as described in this privacy policy, is stored on this service provider's servers. Processing on other servers takes place only to the extent specified in this privacy policy.

This service provider is based in a country within the European Union or the European Economic Area.

  1. Collection and processing of data for the purpose of contract execution and creating a customer account

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it to us by placing an order, contacting us (e.g., via the contact form or email), or creating a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such because the data contained therein is necessary for us to fulfill the contract or to process the matter for which you contacted us, or to create a customer account. Without this data, you cannot complete your order, create a customer account, or contact us. The data collected is determined by the forms into which you enter your data. We use the data you provide to fulfill the contract and respond to your inquiries. After the contract is completed or your customer account is deleted, the processing of your data will be restricted, and after the retention periods specified in tax and accounting regulations expire, the data will be deleted, unless you expressly consent to the continued use of this data, or we reserve the right to continue using the data in accordance with applicable law, in which case we inform you in this statement. Your customer account may be deleted at any time. To do this, please send a message to our contact address: contact@loventi.de

3. Data transfer

To fulfill the contract, we transfer your data to the courier company responsible for delivery, provided this is necessary to deliver the ordered goods. Depending on the payment service provider you select during the ordering process, we transfer the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution processing the payment and, where applicable, to the payment service provider selected by us or you. Some payment service providers collect data themselves if you create an account with them. In such cases, you must log in to the payment service provider by providing your access details as part of the order. The privacy policy of the respective payment service provider also applies.

Transferring data to a courier company
If you give us your express consent to do so during or after placing your order, we will then pass on your telephone number to the selected courier company so that it can contact you before delivering your order to notify you or arrange delivery.

The above consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending us an appropriate message to our contact address contact@loventi.de

The newsletter is sent as part of the data processing entrusted to us by a service provider to whom we provide your e-mail address for this purpose.

6. Social media plugins

Use of social plugins
Our website uses so-called social plug-ins (“plug-ins”) from social media platforms.
When you view our website containing such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of Facebook, Google, Twitter, or Instagram. The plugin's content is transmitted directly to your browser by the respective provider and integrated into the page. This integration informs the provider that your browser has viewed our website, even if you do not have a profile with the provider or are not currently logged in. This information (including your IP address) is sent directly by your browser to the provider's server (some servers are located in the USA) and stored there. If you are logged in to a social networking site, the provider can directly assign your visit to our website to your profile on the social networking site. If you use the plugin, for example, by clicking the "Like" button or the "Share" button, the corresponding information is also sent directly to the provider's server and stored there. This information is also published on the respective social networking site and displayed to the people you have added as contacts.
The purpose and scope of data collection and their further processing and use by service providers, as well as the possibility of contact and your rights in this regard and the possibility of making settings to protect your privacy are described in the privacy policy of the service providers.

If processing is for direct marketing purposes, you may exercise your right to object at any time. If processing is for other purposes, you may object only on grounds arising from your particular situation.

Once you have exercised your right to object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests and rights, or if the processing is for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims.
